Apexon has announced a strategic partnership with TrustModel.ai, an independent AI Assurance Control Plane, to help enterprises continuously monitor AI systems and manage risks across their AI supply chains.

The companies aim to move enterprises beyond point-in-time AI assessments toward ongoing monitoring of AI and agentic systems as they operate and evolve.

Stack Overflow Wants to Turn Enterprise Knowledge Into a Trust Layer for AI Agents
The latest version expands how organisations can capture, verify and distribute internal knowledge.
“Our clients are moving AI and agentic systems from pilot to production, and they need proof those systems can be trusted once they're there. Through our partnership with TrustModel.ai, we're integrating independent, continuous assurance directly into how we engineer and deploy AI, while extending that visibility across our clients' supply chains. Together, we'll help our clients scale AI with confidence, not just capability," said Sriniketh Chakravarthi, Apexon Chief Executive Officer.

TrustModel.ai’s platform uses a TrustScore to provide a live measure of an AI system’s reliability and a TrustCertificate for independent, third-party certification when evidence thresholds are met.

The platform maps assurance against frameworks including the EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC 42001 and OWASP LLM Top-10.

Apexon will extend this approach through its AssureAlpha and TrustAlpha platforms, with the partnership initially focusing on regulated sectors including banking and financial services, healthcare and AI-enabled supply chains.

Potential use cases include AI-powered credit decisioning, underwriting and claims processing, as well as healthcare systems operating in increasingly regulated environments. The companies will also address risks arising from third-party AI systems.

“By combining continuous verification with Apexon's enterprise AI capabilities and reach into regulated industries, we are making that assurance measurable, auditable and ongoing across an enterprise's own systems and supplier ecosystem,” said Karl Mehta, TrustModel.ai Founder and Chairman.
