Infotech Acquires Zluri to Strengthen AI-Powered CIO Analytics Platform

Infotech, formerly known as Info-Tech Research Group, has acquired SaaS management and identity governance provider Zluri to expand the advisory firm's AI-driven IT analytics capabilities. The transaction's financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the acquisition, Zluri’s application discovery and identity governance and administration (IGA) products will become core modules of Infotech’s CIO Analytics platform.

Entire Bets India Can Help Solve the Infrastructure Problems of AI Agents
"If you drop a pin somewhere in India, there's a good chance you'll find somebody working on a particular technology, maintaining an open-source project or specialising in a particular area."

The API-driven platform combines operational IT data with research, industry benchmarks, AI-assisted services and analyst expertise to help technology leaders make faster, data-backed decisions.

“AI and analytics are nothing without the right data, and the right data is hard to act on without benchmarks and industry-leading insight that show what ‘good’ looks like. This is especially true for IT. That's the value CIO Analytics brings to our members. Early customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive as it connects their own data with our research, benchmarks, and analysts without delay,” says Tom Zehren, Infotech CEO.

Founded in 2020 by Ritish Reddy, Chaithanya Yambari and Sethu Meenakshisundaram, Zluri helps organisations discover, manage and govern SaaS applications, identities, access and software spending.

The Bengaluru-based company is backed by Lightspeed, MassMutual Ventures, Endiya Partners and Kalaari Capital.

Zluri’s Application Discovery product will also serve as the foundation for additional application modules within CIO Analytics, expanding the platform’s ability to provide visibility into enterprise technology environments.

“We started Zluri to give IT and security teams visibility and control over every application and identity in their organisation. Joining Infotech lets us put that data at the heart of how IT leaders make decisions, and we’re excited to build together,” says Ritish Reddy, Zluri Co-founder and CEO.

Zluri will continue operating as a standalone division of Infotech, serving existing customers with its team based in Bengaluru. The company plans to expand its technology teams and develop its capabilities alongside Infotech.
