Mavenir Partners with Neysa to Build Sovereign AI Infrastructure for Indian Telcos

Telecom software company Mavenir has partnered with Mumbai-based AI cloud provider Neysa to help enterprises, telecom operators and neocloud providers deploy and monetise AI workloads on infrastructure they control.

The partnership combines Mavenir’s AI orchestration, agent workflows, security and token-level metering capabilities with Neysa’s GPU infrastructure and AI cloud platform.

The companies said the combination is designed to give organisations a ready-to-deploy sovereign AI stack instead of requiring IT teams to assemble infrastructure, models, orchestration and governance separately.

“Enterprises and neocloud providers are both trying to solve the same problem from opposite ends: how to turn GPU investment into sovereign, monetizable AI services. Pairing the Mavenir AI Integrated Platform with Neysa's AI cloud closes that gap,” said Bejoy Pankajakshan, Mavenir Chief Technology & Strategy Officer.

For telecom operators, Mavenir said Neysa’s infrastructure provides another deployment option for its AI Integrated Platform, allowing operators to host models, run AI agents and track token consumption on GPU-backed infrastructure.

Together, the Mavenir AI Integrated Platform and Neysa's AI cloud give enterprises a governed, metered way to run AI on infrastructure they control, with cost visibility built in,” said Xavier Kurian, Neysa Chief Revenue Officer.

Mavenir also plans to develop and scale products including AI Service Assurance, AI Security Agents and AI Voice Services on Neysa’s infrastructure. The companies said Mavenir is using the same environment internally for AI-assisted software development and model selection.

Earlier this year, Neysa and Pipeshift partnered to launch a production-grade AI inference platform hosted entirely within India, targeting enterprises that are increasingly deploying AI-powered voice agents, copilots and automation systems at scale.
