L’Oréal Appoints Aman Gandhi as Head of Cybersecurity for Global Tech Hub-India

L’Oréal has appointed Aman Gandhi as Head of Cybersecurity for its Global Tech Hub-India.

Gandhi announced the appointment on LinkedIn, describing the role as an opportunity to establish cybersecurity capabilities for the newly established tech hub.

He will be based in Hyderabad and will focus on developing security foundations that can scale alongside the hub’s technology and innovation operations.

“I am thrilled to share that I have joined L’Oréal as Head of Cybersecurity for Global Tech Hub-India,” Gandhi said.

Before joining L’Oréal, Gandhi spent nearly six years at Saint-Gobain, where he served as Cyber Security Manager from October 2020 to August 2026. At Saint-Gobain, he managed cybersecurity services spanning offensive security as well as identify, protect, detect and response functions.

Gandhi previously spent nearly four years at Bajaj Finserv, holding roles including Cluster Manager and Manager for Information Security between December 2016 and October 2020.

His earlier career includes a stint at Amdocs, where he was Group Lead at the Amdocs Cyber Security Center from April 2015 to December 2016. He also spent nearly four years at Paladion, progressing through security engineering, team lead and security consulting roles.

Gandhi began his career in networking at Arcelia IT Services, where he worked on network infrastructure, security policies and client projects, including an onsite role at Aircel’s Guwahati data centre.

At L’Oréal, Gandhi said his focus will include building scalable and resilient cybersecurity capabilities as the Global Tech Hub expands.

“As the Tech Hub grows, so does the opportunity to build cybersecurity capabilities that are scalable, resilient and aligned with the pace of innovation,” Gandhi added.
