1Point1 Solutions Launches AI-First Customer Experience Platform ResolX
According to 1Point1 Solutions, the platform has already been deployed for one of Netcom’s banking clients in Latin America.
1Point1 Solutions has launched ResolX, an AI-first customer experience and operational intelligence platform to help enterprises automate and manage customer interactions through what the company calls “Resolution as a Service” (RaaS).
ResolX combines four core AI-powered products into a unified platform. Omvia acts as the orchestration layer for voice, email, chat and workflows, while Prowise delivers real-time intelligence to customer support agents.
Frequensee converts customer interactions into business insights through conversational intelligence, and Penpal helps maintain tone, clarity and brand consistency in customer communications.
According to 1Point1 Solutions, the platform has already been deployed for one of Netcom’s banking clients in Latin America, marking 1Point1’s expansion into the region and the operational rollout of the AI suite.
Earlier this year, 1Point1 Solutions Ltd. completed the $33.37 million acquisition of Netcom Business Contact Centre.
