TCS Partners With Vodafone Business to Accelerate AI, Cloud and Digital Transformation in the UK
TCS will support Vodafone Business in strengthening its capabilities for UK organisations seeking secure and scalable digital infrastructure.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered into a strategic partnership with Vodafone Business, the enterprise arm of VodafoneThree, as the two companies look to help UK organisations modernise technology, accelerate digital adoption and simplify increasingly complex IT environments.
The partnership will focus on several areas, including cloud transformation and migration, artificial intelligence and automation, cybersecurity, network modernisation, digital infrastructure, data and analytics, IoT, connected business applications, managed services and operational transformation.
Under the agreement, TCS will support Vodafone Business in strengthening its capabilities for UK organisations seeking secure and scalable digital infrastructure. The partnership also builds on VodafoneThree’s £11 billion investment aimed at creating what it describes as the UK’s best network for business.
The companies will target organisations across sectors including public services, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail and critical national infrastructure.
“UK businesses are looking for partners who understand their market, their customers, and the pressure to modernise quickly. The challenge for many organisations is not ambition, it is execution: making the right technology choices, integrating them properly and turning investment into measurable impact.
"We are pleased to welcome TCS to our growing ecosystem of strategic partners, helping Vodafone Business deliver the services, expertise and digital experiences customers need to move faster, reduce complexity and grow with confidence,” Nick Gliddon, VodafoneThree Business Director, said.
“We see enormous potential to leverage AI and digital transformation, scale of operating model, deep technology expertise, and wide industry domain experiences to unlock greater value for Vodafone Business, TCS, and its customers in the UK, to not only improve revenue but enhance customer experience," Vinay Singhvi, TCS Head, UK and Ireland, added.
The partnership adds to TCS’ more than five-decade presence in the UK. The company says it has created 42,000 jobs in the country, directly and indirectly, and continues to invest in innovation, talent and enterprise transformation.
