Bengaluru-based travel-tech venture Rimigo has raised $550,000 in pre-seed funding led by Japan’s Reazon Capital and SGgrow.

Rimigo plans to use the fresh capital to accelerate product development, expand its travel and tech team, and onboard top talent.

Rimigo’s beta phase has already helped organise over 120 vacations, with nearly 50 completed trips and many repeat or referral customers. The platform simplifies international travel by solving common pain points—information overload, fragmented bookings, and lack of local expertise.

Founded by Sahil Sharma, Shubham Chintalwar, and Aditya Shirole, the team previously co-founded GigIndia, which was acquired by PhonePe in 2022. Rimigo combines AI personalization, collaborative tools, and curated insights to make vacation planning seamless and stress-free.

“Vacations are emotional and deeply personal. But most current platforms remain transactional, offering fragmented experiences with little personalisation. We’re changing that with an AI-powered, end-to-end vacation planning platform that builds curated itineraries based on users’ preferences," Sahil Sharma, CEO and Co-founder of Rimigo, said.

The round also saw participation from prominent Indian angel investors, including S Ramadorai (former CEO, TCS), Ravi Nigam (former MD, Tasty Bite Eatables), Shashank Deshpande (MD, Pentathlon Ventures), and Ujjwal Jain (CEO, Share.Market; former founder, WealthDesk).
