Pradeep Sanyal Joins Accenture as Managing Director to Lead Data & AI Business With Google
His new role will focus on helping enterprises navigate the shift from AI experimentation to deployment across core business workflows.
Accenture has appointed Pradeep Sanyal as Managing Director in the Accenture Google Business Group, where he will focus on building the company’s Data & AI business at the intersection of Accenture and Google.
Sanyal announced the move on LinkedIn, saying he will work with clients, Google Cloud and Accenture teams as enterprise AI moves into what he described as a “more consequential phase.”
His new role will focus on helping enterprises navigate the shift from AI experimentation to deployment across core business workflows. According to his profile, Sanyal will work with clients on the architecture, economics and operating-model changes required as AI becomes embedded in enterprise operations.
Sanyal joins Accenture after three years at Capgemini, where he led enterprise data and AI strategy, go-to-market initiatives, operating models, governance, platforms and transformation programs.
He previously held senior leadership roles at AWS and IBM. At AWS, he advised Fortune 100 executives on AI strategy, cloud architecture, governance and long-term transformation roadmaps. At IBM, he led data, AI and hybrid-cloud transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies.
His earlier career includes leadership positions at Persistent Systems, First Legal, Cognizant, AOL and Infosys.
Sanyal also serves on the advisory board of the Data Institute at the University of San Francisco and is a member of an IEEE working group focused on evaluation methods for multi-agent AI systems.
