LTIMindtree Inks its Largest Deal Ever

LTIMindtree has announced a $450 million, seven-year agreement with Archer-Daniels-Midland (ADM), a leading U.S.-based agribusiness and commodities giant, making it the largest deal in its history.

As part of the deal, LTIMindtree will modernise ADM’s application management, infrastructure support, and cybersecurity operations. The transformation will leverage SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure, and LTIMindtree’s proprietary AI frameworks to boost operational agility and support ADM’s global growth.

“Securing this deal marks a pivotal milestone as we evolve into an AI-first enterprise,” said Venu Lambu, CEO (Designate), LTIMindtree.

Last month, LTIMindtree reported modest Q4 FY25 growth, despite an industry slowdown, with 741 active clients and two major leadership changes earlier this year.

The IT company reported a 2.6% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹1,128.5 crore, up from ₹1,100.7 crore in the same quarter last year. Sequentially, profit rose 3.9% from ₹1,086.7 crore in Q3.

Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹9,771.7 crore, reflecting a 1.1% increase quarter-on-quarter and a 9.9% rise compared to the previous year. However, in dollar terms, revenue dipped slightly by 0.7% to $1.13 billion, indicating the impact of currency fluctuations and global demand pressures.
