LatentView Analytics Names Sonal Ramrakhiani as CEO
Ramrakhiani succeeds Rajan Sethuraman, who has led the company since 2019 and will transition to the role of Strategic Advisor to the CEO.
LatentView Analytics has appointed Sonal Ramrakhiani as its Chief Executive Officer, effective July 15, 2026, as the company looks to accelerate its global expansion and strengthen its AI-first strategy.
Ramrakhiani succeeds Rajan Sethuraman, who has led the company since 2019 and will transition to the role of Strategic Advisor to the CEO for up to six months to support a smooth leadership handover.
“It has been a real privilege to lead LatentView over the last seven years as the CEO. I am delighted to welcome Sonal, whose experience and vision make her well-suited to lead LatentView through its next phase of growth,” he added.
Based in the US, Ramrakhiani brings more than two decades of leadership experience across enterprise technology, engineering, and digital transformation.
Most recently, she headed Wipro Engineering Edge in the Americas and previously held senior leadership roles within the Tata Group, including Chief Operating Officer and President – Sales (Automotive) at Tata Technologies.
