KuhlTherm Secures $1.1 Mn Seed Funding to Build AI-Focused Liquid Cooling Solutions for Data Centres
The company said the fresh capital will be used to expand product development, strengthen research and testing capabilities.
Ahmedabad-based precision liquid cooling startup KuhlTherm has raised $1.1 million in a seed funding round led by Arkam Ventures. The company said the fresh capital will be used to expand product development, strengthen research and testing capabilities, grow its engineering and business development teams, pursue certifications, and forge strategic partnerships as it scales its liquid cooling solutions.
Founded in 2025, KuhlTherm develops precision liquid cooling systems designed for AI data centres, hyperscale infrastructure, and other high-density computing environments.
Its portfolio includes Direct-to-Chip cooling, Rear Door Heat Exchangers (RDHx), immersion cooling systems, coolant distribution units, manifolds, universal quick disconnects, and NexusFlow OS, a proprietary cooling intelligence platform.

As AI workloads increase rack-level heat densities, traditional air-cooling systems are becoming less effective. KuhlTherm says its solutions are engineered to improve cooling efficiency, reduce thermal throttling, and enable operators to deploy high-performance computing infrastructure with greater energy efficiency.
“AI infrastructure is pushing data centres beyond the limits of conventional air cooling. As rack densities rise, cooling can no longer remain a room-level problem. It must be solved at the chip, rack and data centre level through precision liquid cooling. KuhlTherm is building advanced, modular and intelligent cooling systems that allow operators to scale high-performance compute infrastructure more efficiently, reliably and sustainably,” Shailesh Bishnoi, KuhlTherm Founder and CEO, said.
“KuhlTherm is addressing this critical infrastructure gap with cutting edge IP, India-led engineering and a product roadmap for high-density data centre environments. We are seeing huge demand for KuhlTherm’s products not only in India but in AI hubs around the world,” Rahul Chandra, Arkam Ventures Managing Director, added.
