JetSynthesys has announced that Season 2 of the Global e-Cricket Premier League (GEPL) will be broadcast on JioStar’s linear and OTT platforms. For the first time, the league will air on national television, bringing 5 to 8 hours of LIVE action daily.
Fans can catch every thrilling moment of this bigger, bolder, and better season on Star Sports and JioHotstar from April 27 to May 2, between 11 AM and 8 PM.
This association reflects the world’s first-ever e-Cricket league’s exponential growth from a breakout first season to now being positioned alongside the country’s top-tier sporting events.
Building on the momentum of Season 1, GEPL Season 2 brings with it 34 high-stakes matches, set to unfold in Bengaluru from April 27 to May 2. This season boasts a significantly enhanced ₹3.05 crore prize pool — a jump from last year’s ₹2.51 crore.
Powered by Real Cricket™, the league maintains its team-based format. Season 2 marks a pivotal evolution in the league’s journey, with player interest growing fivefold — surging from 200,000 registrations in Season 1 to over 910,000 this year.
