Fibe Launches AI-Powered Credit Intelligence Platform to Help Users Improve Financial Health
CAIR combines data from multiple credit bureaus with the company's proprietary AI engine, FibeSense, to provide users with personalised insights into their credit profiles.
Digital lending platform Fibe has launched Credit AI Radar (CAIR), an AI-powered credit intelligence and management platform designed to help users better understand, monitor, and improve their credit health beyond the traditional credit score.
Available through Fibe's website, CAIR combines data from multiple credit bureaus with the company's proprietary AI engine, FibeSense, to provide users with personalised insights into their credit profiles.
At the core of the platform is Fiora, an AI chatbot that enables users to ask questions about their credit score, repayment history, and borrowing habits in plain language. Supporting Hindi, English, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada, Fiora provides easy-to-understand responses and visual credit trends without relying on financial jargon.
CAIR also offers goal-based credit improvement plans and credit score simulations, allowing users to evaluate how specific financial actions could impact their credit profile before making borrowing decisions.
The platform analyses factors such as credit utilisation, recent hard inquiries, repayment behaviour, and other credit signals to generate personalised recommendations. Fibe said the service uses data shared with explicit customer consent and adheres to its data privacy practices.
"Through CAIR, we are leveraging AI to make credit intelligence more accessible by helping users understand the factors shaping their credit profile, identify potential gaps, and take actionable steps towards improving their financial health.
"By moving beyond a single score and providing personalised insights, CAIR aims to empower individuals to build stronger credit habits and make more informed borrowing decisions," Balakrishnan Narayanan, Fibe Chief Product & Analytics Officer, said.
Fibe said CAIR is designed to support both first-time borrowers and individuals managing multiple credit lines as India's middle-income population and formal credit adoption continue to grow, particularly across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
The launch comes as digital credit adoption continues to accelerate in India, with digital-first lenders' consumer base expanding from around 14.4 million in December 2022 to 23.3 million by December 2024, according to the company.
