Axtria has acquired Conexus Solutions, marking a significant step in its expansion into end-to-end customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities and reinforcing its push into AI-led commercialisation for the life sciences sector.

The acquisition brings together Axtria’s agentic AI platform with Conexus’ expertise in CRM transformation across ecosystems such as Veeva Systems and Salesforce. The combined offering aims to create a unified layer that connects customer engagement systems with advanced, data-driven intelligence.

Axtria said the integration will help life sciences companies transition from fragmented workflows to a cohesive operating model that spans data, analytics, CRM, and field execution. This shift is expected to enhance decision-making and streamline commercial operations.

“This acquisition is a highly strategic step in Axtria’s journey to build the most comprehensive AI-driven commercial platform for life sciences. Together, we are uniquely positioned to bridge systems of engagement with systems of intelligence,” said Jassi Chadha, Axtria President and CEO.

The deal comes at a time when the life sciences industry faces growing challenges, including patent expiries, the rise of specialty and cell-and-gene therapies, and increasing demand from payers for outcomes-based evidence. As a result, CRM systems are evolving from transactional tools into critical operational backbones.

Conexus adds domain expertise across commercial, quality, and R&D operations, along with a certified talent base and strong relationships within major CRM platforms. Its capabilities are expected to complement Axtria’s existing AI products, including SalesIQ, CustomerIQ, MarketingIQ, and DataMAx.

“Joining Axtria is an exciting next step for Conexus. Our clients will continue to receive the same trusted service while gaining access to Axtria’s broader capabilities,” said Akshay Kapadia, Conexus Solutions Founder and CEO.

The combined entity is positioning itself as a full-stack provider, reflecting a broader industry shift toward unified, AI-native platforms. Axtria said it will retain Conexus’ operating culture and client relationships while scaling its capabilities globally.
