AI Observability Startup Coralogix Raises $200 Mn to Build Intelligence Layer for Agentic Enterprises
Coralogix is positioning itself to capitalise on this shift by offering an observability platform designed for real-time analytics, full-fidelity data ingestion, and AI-driven operations.
Coralogix, an observability and AI platform provider, has raised $200 million in a Series F funding round co-led by Advent, CPPIB, and Greenfield, with participation from Brighton Park Capital.
The latest investment brings the company's total funding to $550 million and underscores growing investor confidence in the emerging market for AI-native observability.
Coralogix is positioning itself to capitalise on this shift by offering an observability platform designed for real-time analytics, full-fidelity data ingestion, and AI-driven operations.
“The architecture was already there. Long before the industry started talking about AI agents, we built around the idea that observability needed complete data, open access and infrastructure customers could truly control. What’s changing now is the interface layer on top of that foundation. Engineers are no longer the only consumers of observability data.
"AI systems are becoming operational participants themselves. This funding allows us to accelerate that transition and build the intelligence layer required for the next generation of production operations. In the AI era, dashboards are no longer the starting point for observability. Intelligence is. We didn’t reposition for this shift. We were built for it," said Ariel Assaraf, Coralogix CEO and Co-Founder.
As AI agents take on greater responsibility for investigating incidents, identifying anomalies, and managing production environments, observability is evolving beyond dashboards and alerts. Coralogix believes future operations will be increasingly driven by intelligent systems capable of analysing and acting on production data autonomously.
The company's AI agent, Olly, along with its MCP and CLI interfaces, enables enterprises to move from human-led monitoring toward agent-assisted and eventually autonomous operations. Coralogix currently serves more than 5,000 customers globally, including IBM, Tradeweb, and JFrog, and processes petabytes of production data daily.
The new capital will be used to expand Coralogix's AI-native observability capabilities, enhance its telemetry data infrastructure, and accelerate global enterprise adoption.
The company is targeting growing demand from organisations seeking AI-ready architectures capable of supporting increasingly complex and autonomous digital environments.
“Coralogix has consistently stayed ahead of that transformation, building a platform designed for the scale, speed and complexity of the agentic era. Since our initial investment, the company has continued to accelerate innovation and market adoption, reinforcing our belief that Coralogix is positioned to define the future of AI-powered observability,” said Alek Ferro, Advent Technology Investor.
