OpenAI Adds GitHub Integration to Deep Research Tool in ChatGPT
Deep Research is designed to conduct in-depth analysis across multiple sources and assemble comprehensive reports

OpenAI has introduced a GitHub integration for its Deep Research tool in ChatGPT, allowing users to link code repositories directly to the chatbot. Once connected, the deep research agent can analyse repository content and generate detailed reports based on user queries.
To demonstrate its capabilities, OpenAI showcased an example where the Deep Research tool explored the company’s own Codex CLI GitHub repository.
You can now connect GitHub repos to deep research in ChatGPT. 🐙
