Neokred has expanded its consent management platform Blutic into a full-fledged Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform as Indian enterprises prepare for stricter data privacy regulations under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.

The Bengaluru-based digital infrastructure company said the new GRC modules transform Blutic from a standalone consent management system into an “omni-service” enterprise compliance platform capable of handling governance, risk monitoring and automated regulatory reporting through a centralised dashboard.

"By integrating GRC directly into our consent architecture, we are giving compliance teams a centralised command center. This omni-service approach allows organisations to proactively identify risks and automate complex regulatory reporting without disrupting their daily operations," Rohit Badri, Neokred Associate Director, Compliance and Risk.

The move comes as businesses face mounting pressure to manage fragmented data systems and comply with increasingly stringent privacy and cybersecurity requirements. Companies are also looking to reduce operational risks linked to data breaches and regulatory violations.

According to Neokred, the upgraded platform combines consent management with proactive risk detection, automated compliance workflows and enterprise-wide governance controls.

The platform also integrates with existing digital infrastructure through APIs, allowing organisations to apply compliance and risk controls across multiple systems and customer touchpoints.

“In the modern digital economy, trust is the ultimate currency, and consent is just the foundation. With the introduction of our new GRC modules, Blutic is no longer just about managing user permissions. We are providing enterprises with a 360-degree platform to scale responsibly, turning compliance from a cost center into a competitive advantage,” said Rohith Reji, Neokred CEO.

The company said the platform includes real-time threat monitoring, anomaly detection and automated compliance checks designed to adapt to evolving legal frameworks, including India’s DPDP Act.

Neokred currently serves more than 118 clients and says it has processed over 3.3 billion transactions through its digital infrastructure platforms focused on profiling, payments and privacy.
