Anthropic, Blackstone & Goldman Sachs Launch New AI Services Firm for Mid-Sized Businesses

Anthropic has partnered with Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs to launch a new artificial intelligence services company to help mid-sized businesses deploy advanced AI solutions powered by its Claude models.

The new firm will focus on integrating AI into core business operations, with teams of engineers working closely with clients to identify high-impact use cases, build customised solutions, and provide ongoing support.

The initiative is backed by a broader consortium of investors, including General Atlantic, Apollo Global Management, GIC, and Sequoia Capital.

The move comes as demand for enterprise AI adoption accelerates, particularly among companies that lack the internal resources to implement large-scale AI systems.

While major corporations often rely on systems integrators, the new venture aims to extend similar capabilities to smaller organisations across sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services.

“Enterprise demand for Claude is significantly outpacing any single delivery model. Our partnerships with the world's leading systems integrators are central to how Claude reaches large enterprises. This new firm brings additional operating capability to the ecosystem and capital from leading alternative asset managers. We are proud to build it alongside Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, Goldman Sachs, and our other partners,” said Krishna Rao, Anthropic Chief Financial Officer.

“We intend to build a scaled, world-class company to deploy Anthropic’s incredible technology across a range of businesses in our portfolio and beyond. We believe it can help break down one of the most significant bottlenecks to enterprise AI adoption by expanding the number of highly skilled implementation partners,” Jon Gray, Blackstone President and Chief Operating Officer, said.

The company will also join Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network, which includes consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC, further expanding the reach of Claude-powered solutions.

Anthropic said the initiative is designed to help organisations move from experimentation to practical AI deployment, embedding AI tools into everyday workflows and improving operational efficiency.
