Zoho Launches AI-Enhanced CX Platform and Secure Enterprise Browser
Ulaa Enterprise, built on Chromium, addresses the growing need for browser-level security in cloud-based environments.
Zoho Corporation unveiled major upgrades to its customer experience (CX) platform on Friday, integrating its in-house AI engine, Zia, to boost efficiency and accessibility.
Alongside this, the company launched Ulaa Enterprise, a secure, enterprise-grade version of its privacy-focused browser built for modern workplaces.
Ulaa Enterprise, built on Chromium, addresses the growing need for browser-level security in cloud-based environments. It enhances browser security with centralised policy management, enabling admins to control access, downloads, and extensions.
"The shift to cloud-based software has made the browser the largest attack surface inside an organisation, yet no software vendor has been able to produce a secure browser that strikes the correct balance between depth of policy controls and straightforward usability. Ulaa Enterprise addresses the need for a proactive and comprehensive security solution for businesses to reduce their attack surface, keep users secure, and stay in control of their security," Raju Vegesna, Chief Evangelist at Zoho, said.
It enforces data loss prevention by blocking unauthorized data actions at the browser level. IT teams benefit from full visibility, detailed audit logs, and precise policy enforcement for proactive risk management.
It offers AI-driven protection, data loss prevention, centralised policy control, and rapid deployment without complex infrastructure. Ulaa supports Android, iOS, and desktop platforms, making it ideal for hybrid teams.
The revamped CX platform introduces a new vision, “CRM for Everyone,” aimed at democratising customer data access across departments.
New features include Ask Zia, which enables report creation via simple prompts, and no-code tools for modifying CRM modules.
Zoho also introduced Connected Records and Connected Workflows to unify team data across sales, support, finance, and legal.
Ulaa Enterprise has already seen a 2.5x rise in downloads and active users globally.
