UiPath Unveils New AI-Driven Healthcare Solutions at ViVE 2026

UiPath has launched a suite of agentic AI solutions aimed at tackling administrative and financial bottlenecks in the healthcare sector, debuting the offerings at the ViVE 2026 conference.

The tools are designed to help both providers and payers streamline critical processes such as medical records summarisation, claim denial handling, and prior authorisation.

UiPathAuthorisation’s solutions leverage agentic automation, business orchestration, and compliant, purpose-built AI agents to connect disparate data, improve workflow efficiency and accelerate revenue cycle management.

“Labour challenges, rising costs, increasing and complex regulations… all of these are a catalyst for fundamental change to the ultimate benefits of payers, providers, and patients. Our new agentic automation and orchestration offerings connect data across the enterprise, accelerate critical workflows, and remove the costly, time-consuming errors that create friction and delay results,” said Graham Sheldon, Chief Product Officer, UiPath.

Healthcare organisations have long faced challenges stemming from outdated systems and labour shortages that slow reimbursement processes and create friction between payers and providers. By turning complex clinical documentation into decision-ready insights, the new tools aim to reduce administrative burden and enhance patient care.

The initial offerings announced include Medical Records Summarisation (MRS), which condenses fragmented records into concise, citation-backed summaries; Claim Denial Prevention and Resolution, which detects root causes of denials and orchestrates corrective actions; and Prior Authorisation, which automates eligibility and benefits checks while providing real-time status updates.

“Since implementing the UiPath MRS solution, we've reduced the average summary review time from 70 minutes to six, a 90 percent improvement,” said Benjamin Smith, Vice President of Technology at medlitix. “Our clinicians are spending more time on direct patient care and less time digging through documentation.”

UiPath is also partnering with healthcare automation specialist Genzeon to bring domain expertise into its platform, particularly for prior authorisation workflows, signalling a broader push to embed deep industry knowledge into its agentic AI offerings.
