During the call, Dhir underscored the company’s strong focus on generative AI, stating, “We expect AI-enabled services to contribute 20% of our revenue over the next three years.”
Dhir also revealed that Sonata is actively pursuing a $34 million pipeline of AI initiatives involving over 100 clients. Additionally, he noted that 97% of the company’s workforce has been trained in generative AI capabilities, highlighting the firm's commitment to future-ready skills.
