Snowflake Opens New Office in Bengaluru
The company has recently opened a new office in Mumbai.
Snowflake has officially inaugurated its new office on Vittal Mallya Road in Bengaluru’s iconic The Square, marking a key milestone in its India expansion strategy, revealed by Managing Director Vijayant Rai on LinkedIn earlier today.
This addition follows the recent Mumbai opening and further cements Snowflake’s commitment to India as a burgeoning hub for data and AI innovation.
"Bengaluru has always been a city of ideas, energy, and talent, and we are excited to deepen our roots here. The new office will be a vibrant hub for our teams to connect, create, and drive impact for our customers across India and beyond," Vijayant Rai, Managing Director at Snowflake India said.
Snowflake’s aggressive growth trajectory in India is underscored by plans to expand its workforce to over 700 employees by the end of 2025 and establish a dedicated R&D centre.
Half of its Asia‑Pacific‑Japan partner ecosystem—including Deloitte, TCS, EY, LTIMindtree, AWS, and Microsoft—is rooted here, reflecting India’s pivotal role in its regional operations.
