Salesforce's AI-powered Agentforce platform crossed $1.2 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR) in Q2 FY2026, reflecting a swift adoption of AI agents across its enterprise customer base.

The company also reported closing over 12,500 Agentforce deals, more than half of which are paid, signaling growing market trust in its intelligent automation capabilities.

Overall, Salesforce delivered $10.2 billion in Q2 revenue, marking a 10% year-over-year increase (9% in constant currency). Subscription and support revenue rose to $9.7 billion, up 11% YoY (9% constant currency).

The strong results support an increase in the company’s full-year revenue outlook, now projected at $41.1 to $41.3 billion. Salesforce also boosted its share buyback authorisation by $20 billion, expanding the total repurchase program to $50 billion, while delivering solid operational margins—22.8% GAAP and 34.3% non-GAAP.

“Our second quarter results highlight our ability to drive profitable growth while helping our customers and ourselves become agentic enterprises,” said Robin Washington, President and Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Salesforce.

Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff highlighted that customers are transforming into "agentic enterprises," where humans and AI agents collaborate to enhance productivity and workflow.

Last week, Benioff revealed that the company’s support division has shrunk from about 9,000 employees to 5,000 in recent months, driven by the rollout of AI-powered agents.

It's noteworthy that Salesforce has been on an acquisition spree this year. The acquisitions span critical areas: data governance, conversational analytics, AI-driven sales, recruitment intelligence, and autonomous workflow automation.
