At Dreamforce 2025, Salesforce unveiled Agentforce 360, marking what CEO Marc Benioff called “the age of the Agentic Enterprise” — where AI enhances rather than replaces human potential.

The platform, now generally available, connects people and AI agents within a single trusted system to boost productivity, accelerate decision-making, and deepen customer engagement.

Agentforce 360 extends beyond CRM into a unified platform where AI agents work alongside humans. Each employee gains an AI partner that helps manage sales, service, and operations with real-time intelligence, ensuring “service never sleeps” and no lead goes unattended.

Agentforce 360 combines four pillars — the Agentforce Platform, Data 360, Customer 360 Apps, and Slack — to deliver an integrated ecosystem for deploying and governing AI agents.

Key innovations include a conversational development studio, voice capabilities for natural customer interactions, and hybrid reasoning powered by the Atlas Engine for more predictable, human-like behavior.

Companies like Reddit, Adecco, and OpenTable have reported significant efficiency gains — from 46% case deflection to 84% faster response times — while using early versions of the system.

Agentforce 360 also extends across industries, offering tailored solutions for life sciences, manufacturing, and public sector organisations. Through its open ecosystem, Salesforce enables customers to integrate models from Anthropic, Google Gemini, and OpenAI, while Slack evolves into an “Agentic OS,” where humans, data, and AI collaborate seamlessly.

“Agentforce 360 connects humans, agents, and data on one trusted platform,” said Benioff. “It’s about empowering every employee and every company to achieve more than they ever thought possible.”

Agentforce 360 is now available globally, with new capabilities rolling out in pilot and beta over the coming months.
