Salesforce to Power Jaquar Group’s Digital Transformation with AI-Driven CRM Platform

Salesforce has announced a strategic collaboration with Jaquar Group, one of India’s leading brands in bathroom and lighting solutions, to support the company’s digital transformation.

As part of the initiative, Jaquar Group will implement a range of Salesforce products, including Consumer Goods Cloud to enhance sales efficiency, CPQ and Partner Community Cloud to improve pricing processes and partner collaboration, and Field Service to strengthen service delivery for internal teams and contractors.

Tableau will also be deployed to support enterprise-wide analytics and enable data-driven decision-making.

The transformation is expected to provide a unified view of the customer and streamline siloed data sources for quicker, smarter business outcomes.
