Salesforce to Acquire Qualified, Expanding Agentic AI Push in Marketing and Sales
Salesforce said the acquisition will accelerate the development of Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Marketing.
Salesforce has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Qualified, a provider of agentic AI marketing solutions, as it deepens its push to build autonomous, AI-driven revenue engines for enterprises. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Salesforce said the acquisition will accelerate the development of Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Marketing, allowing AI agents to handle early-stage buyer engagement while human sellers focus on closing deals.
Qualified is best known for its agentic AI marketing product that acts as an “always-on” AI worker, engaging inbound buyers directly on company websites. The platform turns websites into conversational, multi-modal experiences that qualify, nurture, and route leads, helping businesses convert traffic into sales pipeline with minimal human intervention.
By bringing Qualified into its ecosystem, Salesforce aims to strengthen Agentforce, its agentic AI platform, enabling customers to deploy marketing agents that can autonomously generate and qualify pipeline at scale.

A Salesforce AppExchange partner and Salesforce Ventures portfolio company, Qualified combines intent data, conversational AI, and automated meeting scheduling to support modern B2B buying journeys.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
