Salesforce Targets Over $60 Billion in Revenue by 2030 on AI Expansion

Salesforce has projected annual revenue exceeding $60 billion by 2030, surpassing Wall Street expectations, as it accelerates the rollout of AI-driven features across its cloud services.

The forecast, unveiled at the company’s Dreamforce event, excludes any impact from Salesforce’s pending $8 billion acquisition of Informatica, a software maker whose data management and governance tools are expected to enhance Salesforce’s AI capabilities.

Analysts, on average, expect the company to generate around $58.37 billion in revenue by 2030, according to LSEG data.

Salesforce shares rose nearly 4% in after-hours trading, although the stock remains down about 29% this year.

At Dreamforce, the SaaS giant announced newer updates to its Agentforce AI agent platform, which automates routine tasks and improves operational efficiency across Salesforce’s cloud tools. The new Agentforce 360 suite will soon be available globally.

Despite its ambitious long-term targets, Salesforce in September projected third-quarter revenue below expectations, reflecting slower AI monetisation.
