Salesforce Partners with HCLTech to Bring Agentforce to More Enterprises

Salesforce partner HCLTech has launched new consulting and implementation services to help businesses rapidly adopt Salesforce Agentforce, targeting regulated industries like finance, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
These services aim to operationalise agentic workflows—which integrate reasoning, task execution, and orchestration—across marketing, sales, and service functions.
HCLTech is leveraging protocols like Agent-to-Agent (A2A) and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to streamline coordination and enhance visibility.
