Salesforce Expands Agentforce to Strengthen Security and Automate Compliance Processes

Salesforce has expanded its Agentforce platform to address one of the biggest challenges facing security and compliance teams — the growing burden of manual oversight and burnout.

According to Salesforce, nearly half of security leaders now spend more time configuring tools than mitigating threats, while 90% of compliance executives say their workloads have increased over the past three years.

To tackle this, Salesforce announced that Agentforce will now enhance data protection and streamline compliance through the company’s Security Center and Privacy Center. The AI-powered system proactively detects threats, accelerates investigations, and guides remediation efforts.

“We built Agentforce security and compliance capabilities to reduce the most painstaking, tedious responsibilities of security and risk professionals,” said Marla Hay, Salesforce SVP of Product Management. “Within Security Center and Privacy Center, security and compliance with Agentforce enables our users to focus on higher-value tasks while mitigating risks to their Salesforce data.”

In Security Center, Agentforce delivers real-time anomaly detection, user activity analysis, and automated remediation, including the ability to freeze compromised accounts. Through integrations with partners like CrowdStrike and Okta, it extends protection across platforms.

Meanwhile, in Privacy Center, Agentforce autonomously interprets complex regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA, prioritising risks and suggesting data management policies.
