Salesforce Closes 29,000 Agentforce Deals Since Launch

Salesforce said it has closed 29,000 Agentforce deals in just 15 months since launch, underscoring rapid enterprise adoption of its AI agent platform. The milestone, up 50% quarter over quarter, positions Agentforce at the centre of Salesforce’s push to build what it calls the “Agentic Enterprise.”

Agentforce was announced in Dreamforce 2024, its flagship event held in San Francisco. Agentforce annual recurring revenue has reached approximately $800 million, marking 169% year-over-year growth.

"No company is delivering more agentic work than Salesforce," Benoiff said.

Broader Data 360 and AI ARR has surpassed $2.9 billion, up 200%, reflecting growing demand for integrated AI systems embedded within core business workflows.

CEO Marc Benioff said Salesforce has rebuilt its platform to support AI-driven work across four layers: Data 360 for context, Customer 360 for operations, Agentforce for agency, and Slack for engagement. The company says every AI agent needs a trusted system to land on — combining enterprise data, business rules and conversational interfaces.

Salesforce reported that nearly 20 trillion tokens have been processed on its platform to date, with agentic work continuing to scale rapidly.
