Quantum Startup that Serves the Indian Army Raises ₹60 crore
The company plans to enhance its QShield platform, launched on World Quantum Day

Bengaluru-based quantum cybersecurity firm QNu Labs has raised ₹60 crore in its Series A funding round to fuel R&D, global expansion, and scaling of its Quantum Security-as-a-Service platform.
QNu Labs delivers quantum-safe cybersecurity solutions for sectors including defence, critical infrastructure, finance, telecom, and healthcare. The Indian army is also using its services.
Its core offerings—Quantum Key Distribution (QKD), Quantum Random Number Generation (QRNG), and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC)—are designed to protect digital systems from both present-day and emerging threats, particularly those arising from advancements in quantum computing.
The company plans to enhance its QShield platform, launched on World Quantum Day.
With quantum threats becoming increasingly tangible, QNu is among the few startups worldwide offering commercially viable solutions.
The IITM-incubated startup holds 10 patents and is one of the few companies worldwide delivering commercially available quantum-safe cybersecurity solutions.
The funding round for QNu Labs was led by the National Quantum Mission (NQM) with participation from Lucky Investment, Speciale Invest, Tenacity Ventures, and Singularity AMC.
