NIIT Learning Systems Limited’s Managed Training Services arm (NIIT MTS) has announced a strategic partnership with skills intelligence firm Abodoo to deliver next-generation workforce development solutions to enterprises worldwide.
Abodoo offers a live, interoperable skills layer across learning, workforce and talent systems, powered by its proprietary SkillsAI engine and an ontology of more than 55,000 skills. The platform helps organisations establish a common skills language, identify capability gaps and make real-time, data-driven workforce decisions.
The collaboration combines NIIT MTS’ managed learning, consulting and human capital management technology expertise with Abodoo’s SkillSuite, Skills Agent and SkillsAI tools.
