Mindgrove Technologies Partners with Bosch to Drive Indigenous Chip Innovation
Once commercially ready, both companies plan to enter a long-term agreement for wider application deployment.

Chennai-based semiconductor startup Mindgrove Technologies has announced a strategic partnership with Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW) to co-develop and deploy indigenous System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions tailored for India and global markets, according to a report.
The collaboration, formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), will integrate Mindgrove’s cutting-edge chips with Bosch’s products and services to explore joint go-to-market opportunities.
Mindgrove, a fabless semiconductor firm, focuses on high-performance, cost-efficient SoCs built on the RISC-V instruction set architecture. The startup offers chips and development boards for field deployment, along with end-to-end engineering and logistical support.
Its design approach spans architecture, verification, embedded software, and toolchain support—critical for scaling smart IoT infrastructure, industrial automation, and consumer electronics.
“Through this partnership, we bring together Bosch’s industry-leading R&D expertise and Mindgrove’s capabilities in designing high-performance, cost-efficient chips tailored for Indian and global markets,” Yashwanth Singh M, Firmware & Silicon Architect at Bosch Global Software Technologies, said.
As part of the collaboration, Bosch will validate Mindgrove’s SoCs through internal deployments and recommend them to partners in verticals including automotive and smart devices. Once commercially ready, both companies plan to enter a long-term agreement for wider application deployment.
“By infusing our chip design capabilities with Bosch’s proven engineering experience, we aim to catalyse the deployment of high-impact solutions across critical domains,” Shashwath TR, Co-founder & CEO of Mindgrove, said.
