Middleware has unveiled Ops AI, an AI-powered observability co-pilot designed to transform how developers monitor and fix errors across platforms, languages, and frameworks.

The tool automates error detection, root cause analysis, and even generates ready-to-apply fixes—freeing developers from tedious debugging and improving system reliability.

Currently, developers spend up to 60% of their time identifying and resolving issues. Ops AI tackles this challenge by combining real-time observability with automated intelligence.

Built atop Middleware’s trusted APM platform, it analyses data from logs, traces, and metrics to pinpoint issues with precision.

We started using Ops AI at Middleware, and it now resolves over half of our production issues automatically. In tests with multiple customers, we’ve seen a detection-to-resolution rate of over 70%. We believe this is a game-changer for observability,” Laduram Vishnoi, Founder and CEO of Middleware, said.

The tool offers deep GitHub integration to detect issues across repositories, fetches context-rich insights from code, and generates pull requests for fixes when confidence exceeds 95%.

For lower confidence scenarios, it still provides detailed guidance, significantly accelerating incident response times.

Ops AI preserves privacy by not using customer data for training and supports multiple languages, including JavaScript, Python, and Java, with .NET, Ruby, and PHP support in the pipeline.

Ops AI is available to all Middleware customers with a 14-day free trial.
