LUMIQ Launches LiteCone Agentic AI Workforce for Financial Services Operations
The platform targets high-volume back-office functions across the financial services industry, aiming to automate workflows while meeting strict regulatory and governance requirements.
Enterprise AI firm LUMIQ has launched LiteCone, an agentic AI workforce designed to help financial institutions move artificial intelligence from pilot projects to production-grade operations.
The platform targets high-volume back-office functions across the financial services industry, aiming to automate workflows while meeting strict regulatory and governance requirements.
LiteCone is positioned as a structured network of specialised AI agents that act as primary operators within workflows such as underwriting, claims adjudication and servicing. The company said the system is built to be audit-ready and explainable, allowing institutions to scale automation without compromising compliance or oversight.
“Financial services institutions needed AI that scales. LiteCone does exactly that—audit-ready and built for FSI. By automating underwriting, claims, and servicing workflows, we’re seeing tangible productivity gains across back-office operations,” Shoaib Mohammad, Founder & CEO, LUMIQ, said.
The platform includes role-specific agents such as LEO and ERIC for underwriting, ARIS for health claims adjudication, AURA for intake and submissions and ALEX for credit underwriting. These are supported by orchestration agents that handle routing, verification, reasoning, communication and third-party interactions, enabling end-to-end workflow automation.
LUMIQ said the modular system allows institutions to begin with a single workflow and expand across functions using a land-and-expand model. The company plans to scale adoption through enterprise partnerships, targeted pilots and CXO-level industry forums.
“To grow in today’s enterprise market, leaders need both a telescopic and a microscopic view—seeing the long-term transformation arc while also understanding execution at the workflow level. What stands out with LiteCone is its clarity on production, not experimentation. With AWS support and the kind of ecosystem conversations we see at Flexi Roundtables, platforms like LiteCone are well-positioned to scale across India’s financial services and GCC landscape,” Gaurav Sharma, Founder of Flexi Roundtables, said.
LUMIQ said LiteCone is aimed at institutions seeking measurable ROI and scalable automation as AI adoption in financial services matures.
