Lemnisk Launches New AI Features to Boost Real-Time Customer Engagement

Customer data platform (CDP) Lemnisk has rolled out new AI-powered capabilities aimed at improving real-time, personalised marketing for enterprise clients. The updates focus on enhancing how brands engage with customers using predictive intelligence and automation.

Key features include real-time, event-driven predictive scoring, which dynamically segments users based on immediate behavior, such as likelihood to convert or churn. This allows businesses to respond with timely interventions rather than relying on static audience lists.

Another upgrade is entity-level identity resolution, which lets brands unify customer data across multiple product lines—like credit cards, loans, or investments—while still allowing for targeted, product-specific campaigns.

Lemnisk has also introduced a "Voice to CDP" tool that analyses contact centre calls. It transcribes recordings, extracts sentiment and topics, and feeds this data into the CDP in real time—enabling automated segmentation without manual tagging.

Lastly, the platform now supports Model Context Protocol (MCP) compliance, allowing AI agents to securely access enterprise data and assist users with transactions during live conversations.

These upgrades aim to make customer interactions more responsive and context-aware across channels.

Traditional models of real-time responsiveness are being disrupted with agentic AI. Our latest innovations reflect a bold step forward, empowering marketers to anticipate needs, personalise at scale, and show up for customers in the exact moments that drive loyalty and growth,Subra Krishnan, CEO of Lemnisk, said.

These AI-native capabilities are now generally available to all Lemnisk customers.
