HubSpot has launched a new deep research connector powered by ChatGPT, aiming to enhance how over 250,000 businesses analyse customer data.

The integration allows teams in marketing, sales, support, and customer success to input CRM context into ChatGPT and receive actionable insights within their workflows.

This move democratises access to advanced analytics, enabling even non-technical users to uncover trends, segment customers, and forecast needs.

"With over 75% of HubSpot customers already using ChatGPT,* we’re making it easy for them to apply powerful, doctorate-level research and analysis to their own customer data and context–and to put those business insights to work. This is game-changing for go-to-market teams," Hubspot said in a blog post.

The tool is available to HubSpot customers on paid ChatGPT plans and aligns with the company’s goal of making AI accessible to small and medium-sized businesses.

"With this new connector, with just a few clicks the 250,000+ HubSpot customers can bring CRM data right into ChatGPT and ask really sophisticated deep research queries using that data.Example: Analyze the new contacts created in the last 90 days and surface key trends or patterns by persona, industry, and lead source, then use the insights to refine targeting in HubSpot," Dharmesh Shah, Founder and CTO at HubSpot, said in a LinkedIn post.

With a market cap of $31.59 billion, 84.83% gross profit margins, and 19.17% annual revenue growth, HubSpot is positioning itself as a leader in AI-powered CRM.

The platform is currently used in over 135 countries, with strong momentum heading into FY2025.

The HubSpot deep research connector will automatically be available to all HubSpot customers across all tiers with a paid ChatGPT plan. (EU: Team, Enterprise, and Edu; all other regions: Team, Enterprise, Pro, Plus, and Edu).
