Excelsoft Launches AI Toolkit to Empower Teachers with Smarter Lesson Prep and Assessments

Mysuru, September 30, 2025 – Excelsoft Technologies Limited has unveiled an AI Toolkit designed to transform classroom preparation and assessment.

Developed in collaboration with teachers and aligned with CBSE/NCERT standards, the toolkit addresses a long-standing challenge: the disproportionate time teachers spend on preparation compared to direct student engagement.

In its first phase, the toolkit offers four solutions—Lesson Plan Assist, Quiz Generator, Exam Preparation Assist, and Video Trimmer—designed as plug-and-play tools that can be deployed across schools without heavy infrastructure or steep learning curves.

By automating repetitive prep tasks, the toolkit enables teachers to redirect time towards mentoring, personalized learning, and deeper student engagement.

Excelsoft plans to expand the toolkit in its next phase to support students, parents, and school leaders with features such as AI-powered doubt solving, learning progress tracking, home support tools, and dashboards, aiming to further improve teaching quality and outcomes.

“Education at its core is about preparing children for life, and that mission begins with empowering teachers. Many digital tools unintentionally reduce teacher involvement with students, compromising student learning outcomes. That’s why we built the AI Toolkit with teachers as the lynchpin of the design process,” Adarsh Sudhindra, Vice President, Excelsoft Technologies Limited, said.

“NEP 2020 and the new National Curriculum Framework place strong emphasis on competency-based learning and assessments. Teachers are at the heart of this transition, and technology must be designed to strengthen their role, not dilute it. The AI Toolkit represents a responsible path for bringing AI into classrooms,” Sudhanva Dhananjaya, Chairman and Managing Director, Excelsoft Technologies Limited, added.

Excelsoft Technologies Limited founded in 2000 is a pioneer in providing technology solutions for the education and learning sectors. The company offers a wide range of AI-embedded technology and solutions for Assessment and Proctoring, Customised Content, Learning, Publishing, and LXP, redefining the way people learn.
