Barracuda Networks Unveils New AI-Powered Enhancements to BarracudaONE Platform

Cybersecurity firm Barracuda Networks today announced significant enhancements to its AI-powered BarracudaONE platform, introducing new features designed to help managed service providers (MSPs) boost efficiency, automate operations, and scale securely across multi-tenant environments.

The new features include bulk remediation for email threats, allowing MSPs to instantly neutralise malicious emails across all customer environments—reducing response times by up to tenfold.

Additionally, PSA integrations for automated billing and invoicing now connect BarracudaONE with six leading platforms including ConnectWise PSA, Kaseya BMS, and Autotask, streamlining billing and eliminating manual data entry errors.

BarracudaONE unifies threat detection, response, and account management into a single, integrated platform, offering natural language queries, intelligent reporting, and a centralized dashboard. These upgrades enable MSPs to enhance productivity, simplify service delivery, and strengthen customer trust.
