AI Startup Hyperbots Raises $6.5 mn to Build LLM for Finance
The funds will also be used to expand in the US market

Bengaluru-based AI startup Hyperbots has raised $6.5 million in a Series A round. This follows a $2 million seed round in August 2024, led by Kalaari Capital.
The new funding will fuel Hyperbots’ expansion into the U.S. market and support the launch of HyperLM—a large language model specifically designed for finance and accounting data.
Founded in 2023 by Niyati Chhaya, Ram Jayaraman, and Rajeev Pathak, Hyperbots uses AI co-pilots to automate workflows like procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, expense management, and reporting.
Integrated with major ERP and CRM systems, the platform achieves 80% straight-through processing and 99.8% data structuring accuracy, reducing manual work by up to 80%.
Hyperbots serves clients across healthcare, retail, media, and manufacturing, and aims to surpass 100 enterprise clients this fiscal year.
The funding round was led by Arkam Ventures, Athera Venture Partners. JSW Ventures, Kalaari Capital, and Sunicon Ventures. Darashaw & Company also participated.
