Zepto Launches 'Atom' Subscription Service to Offer Deeper Brand Insights
Zepto plans to start onboarding partner brands to Atom later this week.

YC-backed quick commerce platform Zepto has introduced Zepto Atom, a premium data insights subscription designed for consumer brands operating on its platform.
Building on the existing Zepto Brand Portal, Atom offers advanced, hyperlocal, and real-time analytics to help brands optimise performance and strategy. While the Brand Portal currently provides basic performance metrics for free, Zepto Atom serves as a paid upgrade, unlocking more granular and actionable insights.
“The Zepto Atom subscription is a top-up to the already existing Zepto Brand Portal (which gives brands listed on the Zepto platform basic day-to-day data on their performance on Zepto and is available for free). The value of the Zepto Atom subscription is the next level of insights brands can derive from this tool, most of which are not available on any e-commerce platform in India today,” Zepto Co-Founder Aadit Palicha, said.
One of Atom’s standout features is a PIN-code-level live map, enabling brands to visualise their performance across neighborhoods and adjust pricing, marketing, or distribution strategies accordingly.
Brands also gain minute-by-minute visibility into sales, impressions, and conversion metrics, empowering them to fine-tune advertising campaigns, pricing, and product assortments in real time.
Another highlight is Zepto GPT, a natural language assistant trained on Zepto’s internal data. It can respond to complex performance queries, offer strategic advice, and generate tailored reports. Example queries include:
- “How can I grow my market share in Bengaluru for the protein bar category?”
- “What are the key consumer preferences driving energy drink sales among Gen Z in Mumbai?”
Additionally, Zepto Atom provides behavioral analytics such as customer retention, repeatability, and share of voice across search and homepage placements.

Earlier, Zomato launched Nugget, an AI-powered, no-code support platform offering chatbots, voice agents, and automation tools. Originally built in-house, it now handles over 15 million monthly interactions and is used by 90% of companies that have tested it.
