# Tiger Analytics Names Prakash Arunachalam Global Head of Operations

Tiger Analytics has appointed [Prakash Arunachalam](https://www.linkedin.com/in/prakasharunachalam/?ref=theleftshift.com) as its Global Head of Operations, giving him a Chief Operating Officer-level mandate as the AI and advanced analytics company looks to improve operational efficiency, strengthen profitability and support its next phase of growth.

Arunachalam will oversee efforts to make the company’s global operations more agile while building on its strategy as a full-stack AI services provider.

He joins Tiger Analytics with extensive experience managing large technology organisations and global teams. Most recently, Arunachalam served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Servion, where he was also a board member. He helped lead the company through growth and transformation initiatives, including global acquisitions involving two private equity partners.

Earlier, Arunachalam held leadership roles at Virtusa and Polaris, where he managed large global teams, built partnerships with hyperscalers, led sales organisations and oversaw large-scale technology delivery. He has also managed large P&Ls and played a key role in the acquisition and integration of Polaris and Virtusa.

His experience spans digital customer experience, automation, data and artificial intelligence, with significant exposure to the banking, financial services and insurance sector.

Arunachalam said he was joining Tiger Analytics at an important stage in its evolution.
