TCS Launches Workspace Experience Studio With Zscaler to Redefine Digital Workspaces
The launch comes as the global digital workspace market is projected to exceed $160 billion by 2030.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced the launch of TCS Workspace Experience Studio engineered with Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX), aiming to transform enterprise digital workspaces through Zero Trust security, observability and AI-powered analytics.
The new solution integrates ZDX capabilities using Zscaler OneAPI to deliver advanced Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), workplace observability and enhanced cybersecurity. TCS said the offering is designed to create seamless, resilient and proactive digital environments while expanding its Human-Centric AI portfolio.
The launch comes as the global digital workspace market is projected to exceed $160 billion by 2030, with TCS identifying an addressable opportunity of more than $8 billion over the next five years.
TCS has already deployed the solution at a leading Scottish multinational engineering company, where it is expected to drive a 25–30% boost in user productivity. Features such as auto-healing and auto-remediation help detect and resolve issues across systems and applications, reducing downtime and manual intervention. A User Persona feature leverages ZDX data to provide personalized insights and recommendations.
