TCS Extends Global Partnership with ALDI SOUTH to Strengthen IT Infrastructure and Automation

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has expanded its long-running partnership with ALDI SOUTH, one of the world’s largest international retailers, to enhance infrastructure and application services across its global operations.

The renewed multi-national agreement covers ALDI SOUTH’s markets in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, the UK and Ireland, the US, and Australia, reinforcing TCS’s role as a strategic technology partner.

As part of the expanded collaboration, TCS will implement its AI-enabled Cloud Operations Solution and advanced digital services to modernise and stabilise ALDI SOUTH’s IT landscape.

The initiative focuses on strengthening cyber resilience, accelerating automation, and improving operational efficiency. Leveraging decades of experience in the retail sector, TCS aims to reduce complexity and costs while supporting ALDI SOUTH’s commitment to simplicity, consistency, and high-quality customer experiences.

This extension builds on years of successful joint delivery and positions TCS as a key enabler of ALDI SOUTH’s digital evolution. Both organisations are working to enhance operational stability, modernize core systems, and establish a future-ready retail foundation across all markets.
