Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced an expansion of its long-standing collaboration with Google Cloud, adopting its next-generation agentic AI platform, Gemini Enterprise.

Google launched Gemini Enterprise last week, which is a new AI-powered platform designed to automate workplace operations through intelligent agents, marking its biggest enterprise AI push yet.

Gemini Enterprise enables the creation of custom AI agents, seamless integration with pre-built Google Cloud and third-party agents, and introduces agent-to-agent communication for more dynamic and scalable enterprise workflows.

The partnership will empower TCS’ global workforce to build agentic AI solutions that streamline operations and enhance productivity.

TCS and Google Cloud are already deploying Gemini-powered solutions globally. According to TCS, FairPrice Group launched its “Store of Tomorrow” with the Grocer Genie Portal, while CME Group accelerated legacy code modernisation by 20% using Gemini Code Assist.

TCS and Google Cloud plan to further co-develop domain-specific AI agents across sectors like banking, retail, manufacturing, and media, supported by TCS’ five Gemini Experience Centres worldwide.
