TCS Acquires ListEngage to Boost Salesforce and Agentic AI Capabilities

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has acquired 100% stake in ListEngage, a US-based full-stack Salesforce partner, in a deal valued at approximately $72.8 million (₹646 crore).

The acquisition bolsters TCS’ presence within the Salesforce ecosystem—especially in marketing cloud, Agentforce, data cloud, and AI advisory services. With this addition, TCS brings on board over 100 experts holding more than 400 Salesforce certifications.

Together, we will set a new benchmark for how enterprises unlock the full value of Salesforce, powered by data, AI, and cloud innovation,” ListEngage CEO Altaf Shaikh added.

TCS plans to integrate ListEngage’s capabilities into its Enterprise Solutions division in the United States and strengthen its global offerings in digital marketing, AI-led customer engagement, and Salesforce transformation.

“This US-based acquisition is an important step in scaling our Salesforce capabilities globally. ListEngage’s AI advisory services, Marketing Cloud capabilities and AgentforceMarketing Cloud expertise will enhance our offerings and execution to serve the needs of marketing stakeholders in enterprises,” TCS Chief Operating Officer Aarthi Subramanian said.

This move aligns with TCS’ renewed focus on inorganic growth in high-potential areas such as AI, enterprise solutions, cloud services, and digital transformation. Analysts see this acquisition as a strategic bridge between deep domain knowledge and scale.

Recently, Infosys launched a new Customer Experience Suite for Salesforce, integrating its Topaz AI services with Salesforce’s Agentforce to enhance automation, personalise customer interactions, and streamline sales, service, and marketing processes through advanced AI-driven capabilities.
