Supabase added that its services are once again available to developers, businesses, and builders nationwide.
The restoration follows reports from users who were unable to access supabase.co on major internet service providers, including Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, and ACT Fibernet. The outage disrupted access to dashboards, APIs, and other tools critical for building and managing applications.
The issue began around February 24, when the domain became unreachable on multiple networks. Supabase initially suggested the problem appeared to stem from an ISP-level block and advised users to switch DNS settings or use a VPN temporarily.
Subsequent reports indicated the disruption may have been linked to a government blocking order under Section 69A of India’s IT Act, though authorities did not publicly disclose the reason. Supabase had earlier sought clarification from IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on X.
