Salesforce to Acquire Regrello to Advance Agentic Automation Across Enterprise Workflows

Salesforce has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Regrello, an AI-native platform that automates complex business processes through agentic workflows.

The move signals Salesforce’s deepening commitment to AI-driven enterprise automation, following a string of strategic acquisitions this year — including Informatica.

Only last week, the CRM giant announced a definitive agreement to acquire Waii, an enterprise-grade natural language-to-SQL platform, in a move aimed at making enterprise data more accessible through conversational AI.

Regrello’s platform transforms scattered business data into dynamic, agent-led workflows, helping companies streamline operations and eliminate manual bottlenecks. Post-acquisition, Salesforce plans to integrate Regrello’s capabilities with its Agentforce framework and Slack, enabling customers to automate tasks and collaborate more efficiently.

“Businesses need greater agility, yet too often critical processes are hindered by disconnected tools and manual workflows,” said Steve Fisher, President and Chief Product Officer, Salesforce. “Integrating Regrello will turn unstructured artifacts into coordinated workflows, bringing humans and agents together on the Salesforce Platform and giving every employee the ability to automate manual work, collaborate in real time, and deliver customer value faster.”
“We founded Regrello to eliminate the friction in enterprise work,” added Aman Naimat, CEO of Regrello. “Joining Salesforce gives us the reach and platform to bring agentic process automation to more organizations.”

The deal is expected to close in Salesforce’s Q3 FY2026, pending customary approvals.
