Salesforce partner HCLTech has launched new consulting and implementation services to help businesses rapidly adopt **Salesforce Agentforce**, targeting regulated industries like finance, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.

These services aim to operationalise **agentic workflows**—which integrate reasoning, task execution, and orchestration—across marketing, sales, and service functions. 

HCLTech is leveraging protocols like **Agent-to-Agent (A2A)** and the **Model Context Protocol (MCP)** to streamline coordination and enhance visibility.

Earlier this year, HCL joined Salesforce’s Agentforce Partner Network to drive AI innovation in enterprise apps, helping financial services firms adopt AI-powered agents and upgrade from basic chatbots to advanced, multi-modal solutions for complex, multi-channel customer interactions.
