Route Mobile, a Proximus Global company and leading cloud communications platform provider, has announced a strategic partnership with Kalaam Telecom, a regional leader in managed solutions driving digital transformation across the Middle East.
The collaboration aims to deliver WhatsApp Business services to enterprises throughout the region. Through this partnership, Kalaam will now enable businesses across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to seamlessly integrate WhatsApp Business APIs into their operations, enhancing customer engagement and sales through one of the region’s most widely used messaging platforms.
